Those that have completed the training and passed the test must also observe a tribunal hearing and attend an office induction.
We are running inductions via Zoom. Please sign up through FRU Online. You will be sent the link to the relevant Zoom meeting when you book.
If you find you cannot attend the induction you booked, please cancel your booking to free up the space for another volunteer. You can cancel your booking until the day before your induction; you will not be able to cancel on the day and will have to wait until after the scheduled office induction has taken place before you can rebook on an alternative date.
If you are a returning volunteer even though you have attended an induction in the past, we would still like you to attend another to bring you up to date with office procedures. If FRU Online doesn't allow you to book onto an induction, please contact us.
Once you have a attended an office induction you are ready to look for your first case.
Remember that you need to take your first case in an area of law (social security or employment) within a year of attending a training course in that subject.
